The musical and visual interpretation of each season’s field show is brought to life by the many musicians playing different instruments under the direction of the student Drum Major. Most musicians march, following a set drill that they practice extensively in order to form “pictures” on the field. These field musicians are supported by the musicians in the “Pit” section who play on the front sideline.
