2019 was an incredible year for the Highlander Marching Band. Their field show, “Light Prevails”, introduced a few new elements into their show, giving their fans a show that was visually artistic and emphasized their powerful sound. At this years’ Group II Open Finals Competition in Hershey, Governor Livingston was awarded 2nd place, achieving a score of 97.7, an all-time high score for GL. We are all extremely proud of how hard the students worked. The 2019 Highlander Marching Band will always be known as the “Record-Breakers”.
